The femoral and tibial
condyles and the patella show normal marrow signal intensity.
Minimal free fluid in the medial and lateral compartments of the knee joint.
Minimal free fluid in the medial and lateral compartments of the knee joint.
Degenerative high signal
in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
The lateral meniscus is intact.
The anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments are normal.
There is no joint effusion.
The extensor mechanism is normal.
The lateral and medial collateral ligaments, popliteus muscle and tendon, and the biceps tendon are normal.
The soft tissues around the knee joint are normal.
The lateral meniscus is intact.
