MRI of the BRAIN WITH I.V.CONTRAST

Technique: Multiplanar multi-sequence study with Transverse, Sagittal and Coronal T1-, T2-, FLAIR, Diffusion and Post contrast T1 weighted images.

Clinical Details:  .

Observations:

Posterior fossa structures and 4th ventricle are normal.

The basal CSF spaces and cisterns are normal.

Lateral and 3rd ventricles are normal.

There is no midline shift.

No abnormal enhancement on the contrast study.

Normal intracranial vascular flow voids noted.

No evidence of dural venous sinus thrombosis.

Cerebral parenchyma is normal.

Included sections of both orbits and paranasal sinuses are normal.

Impression

-      Normal MRI study of the brain.
