Clinical Details:

Observations
The lumbar vertebrae show normal marrow signal intensity.
The intervertebral discs show normal signal intensity. No disc herniation at any level.
The thecal sac is normal.
Visible sections of the distal spinal cord and conus are normal.
The intervertebral foramina and exiting nerve roots are normal.
The paravertebral soft tissues are normal.
Both SI joints show normal cortices and adjacent marrow signal intensity.
No evidence of fluid collection within or adjacent to the SI joints.
The paravertebral soft tissues are normal.


Impression

Normal MRI study of the lumbar spine and SI joints.
