Clinical Details: 

Observations:

Posterior fossa structures and 4th ventricle are normal.
The basal CSF spaces and cisterns are normal.

Lateral and 3rd ventricles are normal.
There is no midline shift.

Normal intracranial vascular flow voids.

No evidence of dural venous sinus thrombosis.

Cerebral parenchyma is normal.

The intrapetrous, intracavernous and supraclinoid segments of both internal carotid arteries are normal.

Bilateral anterior and middle cerebral arteries and their branches are identified and show normal outlines, course and caliber.

The intracranial segments of the vertebral arteries and basilar arteries are normal.

Bilateral posterior cerebral arteries are normal. No focal narrowings or ectasia identified.

No aneurysms.
Included sections of both orbits and sinuses are normal. 

Impression

Normal MRI and MR Angiogram of the brain.
