MRI of the CERVICAL SPINE:
Clinical Details:
Technique: Multiplanar multisequence study performed including Sagittal and oblique axial T1, T2 and T2* and Coronal STIR images.
Observations:
The cervical vertebrae show normal
marrow signal intensity.
There is straightening of the
cervical spine.
The cervical intervertebral discs
show normal signal intensity.
No evidence of disc bulge or focal
herniation.
No neural compression at any level.
The cervical spinal cord is normal
in outline, thickness and signal intensity.
The intervertebral neural foramina
are normal at all levels.
The visible sections of the
posterior fossa structures are normal.
The CV junction is normal.
The paravertebral soft tissues are
normal.
IMPRESSION:
- Normal
MRI study of the cervical spine.
