Clinical details:
Pain in the wrist.
Technique:
Multiplanar multisequence study including T1, T2, T2* and STIR images.
Observations
The
carpal bones and included distal radius and ulna are normal.
Normal
ulnar variance.
The
intercarpal spaces are normal.
No
evidence of fracture or marrow edema.
Normal
TFCC complex.
The
carpal tunnel is normal.
Normal
tendons and median nerve.
The
carpometacarpal joints are normal.
The
soft-tissues are normal.
Conclusion
- Normal
MRI study of the right wrist joint.
