MRI OF THE RIGHT ANKLE JOINT.
Clinical details: Fall and twisting injury to the Right Ankle 8 months ago.
Now pain
around the Ankle joint since 3-4months.
Observations
The distal tibia, fibula, talus, calcaneus and the included tarsal bones show normal marrow signal intensity. No fracture identified.
The distal tibiofibular joint is normal.
The sinus tarsi is normal.
The subtalar joints, talo-navicular and calcaneo-cuboid joints are normal.
The other inter-tarsal joints included in the study are normal.
The lateral and medial groups of ankle joint ligaments are intact.
The medial and lateral groups of ankle joint tendons are normal.
The Achilles tendon is normal.
The plantar aponeurosis is normal.
Conclusion
Normal MRI study of the ankle joint.
